Terms of Service

This document was prepared as a clear, plain-English agreement for the current version of the platform. Huecraft generates brand assets using AI; the output is a starting point for your review. Huecraft does not clear names, logos or slogans for trademark use; consult a trademark attorney before relying on a mark.
1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of Huecraft at gethuecraft.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
Huecraft is an AI-assisted brand identity platform. From a brief you write, it generates a brand kit (a wordmark lockup, a color system with contrast measurements, a type system, a brand voice and a brand guide), lets you refine it with chat, comparison and mockups, and, in Studio, lets teams build and approve the full set of brand files.
3. AI-generated content
- Kits, logos, palettes, copy and research are produced with the help of artificial intelligence and may contain errors, omissions or resemblances to existing marks.
- Output is a draft for your review. It is not legal, trademark or design-clearance advice.
- You are responsible for reviewing, customizing and clearing any asset before using it commercially.
4. Your account
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. You must be 18+.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy. Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to generate unlawful content.
6. Plans, lifetime deals & billing
Paid plans grant access to the features and usage limits of the tier purchased. AI features are subject to per-tier usage limits (for example, the number of brand kits per month). Lifetime access means access for the lifetime of the Service.
7. Refunds
You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. Refund requests go to [email protected].
8. Your content
You retain ownership of the briefs, marks and files you upload, and of the kits generated for you, to the extent they are protectable. You grant Huecraft a limited license to process them solely to provide the Service, including sending them to our AI processors to generate and refine your kit. We do not use your content to train AI models.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, recipes and templates are owned by Vital Webmaster LLC. You may use generated kits for your own business and for your clients.
10. Disclaimers & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vital Webmaster LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service. See the AI Disclaimer.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. You may download your kits and files before deletion.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
14. Contact
What changed from the CloviTek base terms
For review: the service description, AI-output clauses and content licence were rewritten for a brand-identity product; lifetime-deal and eSignature wording was removed; the operating entity is Vital Webmaster LLC; contact is [email protected]. Governing law (Utah) was kept and should be confirmed against the entity’s state of formation.
