FAQ

Questions, answered.

Is this just a logo generator?

No. A kit has twelve parts: logo suite, color system with contrast proof, type system, voice, applied assets, a brand guide and more. The logo is one part. Today's generated kits ship a wordmark lockup; concept marks drawn from the name alone are coming soon, and Studio builds a full suite from a mark you upload.

How long does generation take?

It runs as a background job. You get a job id, a progress figure and a stage name, and the kit lands in your workspace when it is done. We don't quote a fixed number of seconds because it depends on the brief and the queue.

Can I run more than one kit and compare?

Yes. Each generation is a separate kit in your history. The compare tool takes an alternative logo file and scores it against your current one, with a written brief of the differences.

Does Huecraft check color contrast?

Yes. Every kit's color system records the WCAG ratio of each text-on-background pair, with pass or fail at 4.5:1. An automated gate that blocks a failing palette before it reaches you is coming soon.

What is coming soon?

Logo concept marks from the name, the automated contrast gate on generated kits, and hosted PDF delivery from our file store. Everything else on this site is live today.

Can I invite teammates?

Yes, in Studio. Workspaces have owner, admin, editor and viewer roles; invites go by email and accept by link; admins approve or request changes on each brand element.

Can I export the brand guide?

Yes. guidelines.pdf renders from any completed kit. Studio builds add a 16-page playbook PDF, a one-page brand card, office templates and a ZIP of everything.

Do you train AI models on my briefs?

No. Your briefs and kits are used to produce your results. See the Privacy policy for the processors involved; the policy is a draft pending legal review.

Is there an API?

Yes. Everything the app does goes through the same JSON API, with a bearer token from login. The customer endpoints are documented on the API page.

What does “Color, crafted” mean?

It comes from risograph printing: inks laid on top of each other, slightly out of register, with the overlap making a new color. Each part of a kit is laid on the last one the same way.

What does it cost?

Free is $0 with one kit a month. Pro is $19 a month, or $15 paid yearly, with ten kits and the PDF guide. Agency is $49 a month, or $39 yearly, with unlimited kits and a five-seat team workspace.

Where do I report a bug or an accessibility barrier?

Email [email protected] with the page or kit id. Accessibility barriers on this site or in the app are fixed as bugs.
