This Policy explains how Huecraft (gethuecraft.com) collects, uses, and protects your information.

1. Information we collect

Account data: name, email, password (hashed), plan/tier.
Content: briefs you write, marks and images you upload, kits and files generated for you, chat messages with your kit, and related metadata.
Usage data: feature usage, logs, device/browser info, IP address.
Purchase data: plan, billing status and a payment reference from our billing processor (we do not receive your card details).

2. How we use it

To provide the Service: generate, refine, store and deliver brand kits and files.
To enforce plan limits, secure accounts, and provide support.
To improve reliability. We do not sell your personal information.

3. AI processing

To generate and refine kits, your brief, uploaded marks and chat messages are sent to our AI processors (large-language-model and image-generation providers) to return your result. We procure no-training terms where available and do not use your content to train models ourselves. Research for a kit reads public web pages about your industry; nothing of yours is posted there.

4. Sub-processors

We use third-party providers for hosting and content delivery, file storage, email delivery, billing and AI processing. A list of processors by category is available on request at [email protected].

5. Data retention & deletion

We retain your data while your account is active. You may delete kits at any time and delete your account from the app, which removes your kits; backups are purged on a rolling schedule.

You may access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and object to certain processing. Contact [email protected].

7. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method is 100% secure.
