Studio guide
Studio for teams.
Studio is included with the Agency plan (five seats). Everything below is also in the API.
Workspaces
A workspace holds brands and members. Create one from Studio; you become its owner. Each workspace shows its brand count.
Roles
| Role | Can |
|---|---|
| viewer | see brands, build state and files |
| editor | plus create brands, upload marks, queue builds |
| admin | plus approve elements, invite and manage members |
| owner | everything; one per workspace |
Invites
Admins invite by email with a role. The invitee gets a link; accepting it adds them to the workspace. Pending invites are listed with the members until accepted.
Brands and the mark
A brand is a name, a brief, colors, neutrals, fonts and a logo mark. Upload the mark as a PNG with transparency or an SVG. If you have no mark yet, choose generate from the name and Studio drafts one (quality improvements for generated marks are in progress).
Builds
Queue a build and Studio produces the element set in dependency order: color and type, then tokens, the logo suite, social kit, print, office templates, playbook, hub page and site, scenes, visuals, newsletter, cover research and the kit ZIP. You can skip elements. One build runs per brand at a time; queuing a second returns a notice that one is already running.
Approvals
Admins mark each built element approved or changes requested with a note. The decision records the element's file hash, so a rebuild shows whether approved files changed.
Files
Every element's files are served from the brand, by element and path. The kit ZIP bundles the eight folders with a manifest of SHA-256 checksums.
